All consultations are free of charge.

Once a treatment is decided upon, a £50 booking fee is charged per appointment.  This is non-refundable but can be redeemed against any treatment on the day or within 12 months of making the appointment.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received 48hrs prior to appointments for the consultations fee to be transferred to a new appointment.

If appointments are cancelled after 48hrs prior to the appointment, the fee will be retained, and a new fee must be paid to secure a new appointment.

If you do not cancel or attend your appointment, you will be required to pay in full for your next appointment upon booking.
